This year’s awards will celebrate the great work happening in dementia across an even wider geographical area as we expand to the North of England for the 4th year of these awards.
The awards are led by the Dementia Clinical Networks working in partnership with the Dementia Action Alliances in the North of England. Funding support is provided by NHS England.
There are five categories that have been aligned to the ‘well pathway' for dementia, plus a feature category on delirium.
The day is free to attend with Royal Colleges of Physicians accreditation applied for.
