Yorkshire and the Humber Mental Health Clinical Network  Achievements and Review of 2021 - 2022

Jul 28th, 2022 Webinars

Yorkshire and the Humber Mental Health Clinical Network support delivery of the Long-Term Plan and the Mental Health Delivery Plan by connecting ICS, commissioners, providers, professionals, patients and the public across  pathways of care with the aim of improving mental health outcomes.

This is achieved by sharing best practice and innovation, assessing and benchmarking quality and outcomes and driving improvement where required, through targeted support. Our core programmes cover Children and Young Peoples Mental Health, Perinatal Mental Health. Adult Mental Health, Older Peoples Mental Health and Dementia,

Clinical leadership is central to all programmes and ensures the breadth of clinical engagement required in programme delivery across the pathways of care.

The last twelve months have been challenging but the team have continued to add value to systems and provided ongoing quality improvement support, throughout unprecedented circumstances.

The following slides highlight some of the fantastic achievements of the team over the last twelve months and provide a snapshot of some of the regional improvement support they have delivered.
